- Is JengaLedger a bank or lender?
- No. JengaLedger is business-management software. It does not provide loans, accept deposits or operate as a bank.
- Does JengaLedger hold customer money?
- No. JengaLedger does not operate a customer wallet or hold customer funds. Subscription payments will be processed through approved payment providers.
- Is the application already available on Google Play?
- The Android application is currently undergoing testing and release preparation.
- Can I use JengaLedger without a smartphone?
- USSD access is planned and is undergoing provider onboarding.
- Does JengaLedger collect my M-Pesa PIN?
- No. A customer's M-Pesa PIN is entered only in the official M-Pesa prompt and is not collected or stored by JengaLedger.
